Book a Private Consultation with The Lead Attorney
Clear thinking for serious decisions.
When you are facing a decision that could affect your family, money, relationship, business, career, or future, you do not need more noise.
You need someone who can help you slow the situation down, identify the real issues, think through the risks, and decide your next move with more clarity.
I offer private, one-on-one phone consultations on divorce, family law, relationships, YouTube, creator strategy, business, career moves, personal strategy, and major life decisions.
If you need direct guidance from someone who has spent decades solving problems, reading situations, negotiating conflict, building an audience, and making hard decisions, book a consultation.
What We Can Talk About
Your consultation can focus on one issue or several connected issues. The point is to help you think clearly about the situation in front of you.
Divorce & Family Law Strategy
Divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, prenups, postnups, mediation, court preparation, settlement decisions, and questions to ask your local attorney.
Relationships & Major Life Decisions
Marriage, separation, dating, commitment, boundaries, conflict, whether to stay or leave, and how to think through a serious personal decision before you act.
YouTube & Creator Strategy
Channel growth, content direction, livestreaming, monetization, sponsorships, audience-building, positioning, branding, and how to think like a creator with a business.
Business, Career & Personal Strategy
Career moves, negotiation, communication, personal branding, business ideas, school decisions, major transitions, and practical next steps when the path is not obvious.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this only for divorce and family law?
No.
I consult on divorce and family law, but I also consult on relationships, YouTube, creator strategy, business, career decisions, personal strategy, and major life decisions.
The main purpose of the consultation is clear thinking and practical strategy.
Which session should I book?
Book 30 minutes if you have one or two focused issues.
Book 60 minutes if you want a fuller conversation or have multiple facts to explain.
Book 2 hours if your divorce or family law situation is complicated, high-conflict, document-heavy, or requires deeper analysis.
If you are unsure, book 60 minutes.
Will this be by phone or video?
This is a phone consultation by default. I will call you at the number you provide when booking.
If you prefer to meet by Zoom video conference, you may select the Zoom Video Consultation Upgrade during booking for an additional fee. You are not required to turn your camera on during the Zoom consultation; you may participate by audio only if you prefer.. Selecting the Zoom option changes only the format of the consultation; it does not extend the length of the session or change the topics of discussion.
Can we talk about more than one topic?
Yes. This is your time.
Many real situations involve more than one issue. For example, a relationship issue may connect to money, custody, business, career, or family concerns.
If you want to cover multiple topics, please make sure to book enough time.
Can you review my documents?
Yes, if the documents are relevant to the consultation.
Send documents in PDF format to TheLeadAttorney@gmail.com at least 6 hours before the appointment whenever possible.
Is this legal representation?
No. Booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship under any circumstance.
Can you help me if I live outside Georgia?
Yes.
For legal matters outside Georgia, laws will differ. We can discuss general legal information, strategy, issue-spotting, preparation, and questions to ask your local lawyer.
For non-legal strategy topics like YouTube, business, relationships, and personal decision-making, your location usually matters less.
What if I have a court date or urgent deadline?
If you have an urgent legal deadline, contact a local attorney immediately.
These consultations are not designed for emergency legal action.
